How to Lose Belly Fat
What if I told you that you will start losing belly fat today, and its not going to hurt, you are not going to be hungry from crash dieting or tired from endless exercises.
I can promise you that even if you end up using only a single piece of advice from this page, you are about to read, you will be well on your way to lose belly fat for good.
Losing Belly Fat
Let me start straight from the first point. To lose belly fat you will need to take a look at your eating habits.
You should be eating fruits, veggies, eggs, and healthy dairy like a moderate amount of cheese, yogurt, 1% milk, or even soy milk.
The idea is to substitute the foods you already eat with healthy variations.
Here are a few more examples, if you eat white bread, substitute it with whole wheat bread instead. If you drink milk, substitute with low-fat milk or soy milk. I find chocolate soymilk rather delicious!
Eat less candy, and cut down on the soft drinks. Substitute them with natural orange juice, lemonade, or even something healthy like green tea.
The idea is to lower the amount of unhealthy foods you eat, but go ahead and have some every once in a while if you really want to, you can give yourself a reward for sticking to your diet.
A good thing to remember is that home cooked food (and I am not talking about a microwave) is healthier than stuff you buy off the street. If you ever find yourself craving something unhealthy, try eating something similar but healthy instead. You might be surprised as your body will begin to adjust and you will start craving these healthy foods instead. You can trick your body into craving the right stuff!
While you're getting your healthy eating habits figured out, start exercising regularly.

Exercises to lose belly fat
You will need to do some exercise (burn some calories) to lose belly fat, but that doesn't mean doing long grueling workout routines that you dread doing. Intead you should do fun things you like.
For example, ride your bike more often, walk the dog. Play games with your family in your back yard or at the park (frisbee, anything with a ball, or just good ol' tag). Dancing is also a great way to exercise, even if it's by yourself at home.
Walk/jog whenever you can. Start by jogging, then get faster and go farther. You can burn about 10 calories for every minute you run. That's 100 calories in 10 min! Every little bit helps.
Then, when you're up to it, start to do harder workouts like lifting weights, full body exercises, and of course crunches, to tone your stomach muscles that you are now beginning to see, as you lose belly fat.
The approach is to start small, start doing something, not too intimidating and then build your way up.
Remember you will slowely but surely make these healthy habits a part of your overall lifestyle. To maintain your weight after you lose the unwanted pounds, you will need to stick to a healthy lifestyle, otherwise you will just go back to where you were before.
As you introduce more healthy habits into your daily routine you will start noticing more and more changes in your body, your overall feeling, enery level and health. Be patient, don't expect to lose belly fat overnight and don't ever give up!
Now is the time to start losing that belly fat, start moving, fill your fridge with healthier choices of the foods you like. I wish you all the best, Joanne.
